Intensives
Intensives provide an opportunity for individuals or couples to take a deeper dive into their therapeutic journey. Intensives range from 3 hours to multi-day, allowing you to make significant progress in a shorter amount of time. We can customize the intensive to meet your specific needs and goals, and pricing will differ depending on whether you opt for a half-day or full-day session. I will provide a 2-3 hour session at the beginning of an intensive to get clear about what your goals and needs are.
Half Day
Half day intensives are usually about 3 hours long. We meet in my office still and they are similar to regular sessions with just longer time to integrate experiences.
Full Day
This will be 6 hours with an hour lunch break in between each 3 hour session. We will also meet in my office for these.
Multi-Day
These would include a combination of full day and half day pricing and timing. We will communicate a plan and fee ahead of time for these.
